Built for Continuous Precision-Optics Production
These machines were designed for high-output precision flat-optics manufacturing and continuous operation. Each uses a precision cast-iron table with a glass surface and polyurethane polishing pad to support the flatness and surface-finish requirements of precision optical components.
Three tooling positions provide production flexibility across a range of component sizes, while individual variable-speed tooling motors allow each position to be independently controlled.
