Automated Centering and Beveling With Extended Unattended Operation

Designed for automated centering and beveling of lenses and plane workpieces, the SPCM-M1-AT50 integrates robotic loading and unloading with two lens-holding pallets for efficient production. Depending on component size, up to 600 lenses can be loaded for automatic processing. Once operating parameters are established, the machine can operate uninterrupted for approximately 4–8 hours, helping increase productivity while reducing direct operator involvement. Its compact footprint also helps conserve valuable manufacturing floor space.
